Cancellation Policy

If you have problems using Saves 9, we will be happy to cancel and provide a full refund within 30 days since the purchase. After 30 days, no cancellation will be allowed.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through the customer area as a support ticket. You should accompany your request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a cancellation and refund.
